4 spring onions, thinly sliced 125g ripe tomatoes, diced (though I usually cheat and use tin of organic chopped ones) 1 medium-hot fresh green chilli, seeded and chopped 2 tblspns tomato passate (I use puree though) 2 garlic cloves, chopped lemon juice, to taste chopped coriander
Combine all the ingredients. Done. Or whizz them up for a few seconds for a smoother one. DONE.
