I have some lamb that needs using today does this sound nice???

Chopped lamb and steak roasted with veg and garlic and mint put into pitta pockets and served with wedges and salad and a minty dip ?
I have a houseful of fussy eaters

Yum!

You could stick in some fresh coriander and maybe some spices like cumin/ginger/cinnamon...

God I am desperate for lunch now
