Scallops????

Kids tried these in Costco with one of the "tasty ladies" and loved them so I got them( loads of them lol)

Any recipe ideas please would be most grateful.

Not quite sure what to do with them for us and the kids

I love them simply pan fried in butter with a balsamic reduction on a bed of rocket.

as cov said - but with bits of bacon, make sure the scallops caramelise a bit. squeeze lemon over and serve on bed of rocket

Pan fried in olive oil and served with butter and sweet chiili sauce on a bed of asparagus

wrap each scallop in a slice of pancetta, pan fry for a couple of minutes (max) on either side and serve with a squeeze of lemon or lime and black pepper
