I can stage a puppet show with a small cast for the edification of dd
Restock pond
I can make a piece of modern art

but I need some dinner and cannot find anything I fancy in the recipe section.

I have a few store cupboard ingredients, but local shops so can probably get something delicioius.

Any ideas?

Cook some chopped onion and chopped bacon. Put aside to cool. Then stir in pot of cottage cheese.

Stuff trout. Pop in oven for 20mins or so!

Yum! grin

suff with lemon slices and fresh thyme. Slash the skin and season and squeeze lemon on top. Bung in oven for 20 mins. Serve with salad and new potatoes. I like a few capers with trout.

Put any herbs you can find inside them, slice lemons over the top and capers if you have them, drizzle with olive oil and bake in foil in the oven. That's what I'd do.

Thanks
DH stuck in trafic somewhere in Norfolk - I did not think they had traffic there!

He will be lucky to get a trout stuffed with dairylea and a poke in the eye when he gets in!
