Can't he just have what you're having by now?
If not what about...

Pasta and pesto
Rice and mildly curried vegetables
Omelettes
Baked potatoes
Dahl (my 6 mth old loves it!)
Pasat and flakes salmon

I used to buy the tiny pasta shapes for my dd as she couldn't handle the bigger ones and it made a real bloody mess!

Thanks people.
The curried veg-How exactly do I do that?

I'd take the flesh out of the potato unless your DS has teeth and is capable of chewing. You just add a little curry powder to your veg, maybe some tinned tomatoes. In fact if you make yourself a veg curry you can serve some up for your DS. Remember no salt. If it is too spicy add a little natural yogurt.

Yeah, just fry up a bit of garlic and an onion, then add powder or paste, then your veg (make sure that if you add them together they are of the same cooking time eg pumpkin, squash and potato together, or spinach, courgettes or similar together) and a tin of tomatoes.

Once you've taken out DSs portion you can add extra curry, salt etc mushrooms and have yourself a lovely lunch. In fact you would share the baked potato. Yum! Seems like you've sorted out lunch for me and the DTs tomorrow. Thanks
