Okay I can't remember exact quantities as I vary it depending but ds twins (3) love banana strawberry smoothies. This makes about 2-3 amounts depending if you drink some or if your dd finishes it all in one go (mine do!)
Add one banana, a handful (as many as you like) of strawberries, a little tub of strawberry yoghurt to about 200ml of milk (more or less if you want thick or smooth consistency.) Blend.
Tammy, just put in your dd's favourite fruit and try different flavours together.
