left-over pork - what to do with it?

I cooked a joint of pork - we have had some left-overs with bubble and squeak but we still have some over!

What can I do with about 2 thickish slices? Can I put it in the slow-cooker and make a stew??

TIA! Bec

Try pork, tomato and sweet pepper risotto. Use sun dried tomatoes; cherry tomatoes; a green Marmara pepper and a red pepper. I add a generous amount of white wine in with the Arborio (or risotto) rice as well as stock as it makes it really tasty. Happy cooking!

I normally slice it up and throw it in a pan with gravy or just make pork sarnies with apple sauce or stuffing.

Fry in a pan with honey and mustard sauce, and add things like, green beans, bean sprouts etc, then serve with roast potatoes........yum.
