Nigella says if possible don't reheat it. In our house we only have left over chocolate log, what a shame!

... roll on MN Mamas in the new year!!!

Forgot to mention the tub of ice cream!

... and the Thorntons chocs and the bottle of wine ... groan!!!

... but no turkey, probably because there was never any turkey to start with!

I think you can heat it through once now, YG, but not again - there's a phrase about not eating "twice-cooked" food...so IYSWIM you can freeze once, cook once from raw, and once from cooked, and that's it.

V bad explanation but I know what I mean!

Turkey and pork - had a 5lb bone-in pork leg, it was lush. Turkey was extremely boring as ever. Did you just have turkey?

make a turkey stock and with the remainder use a pre-cook sauce (if you have one) and serve with rice, cooed frozen veg and lashings of sinful deserts
