How do I cook smoked cod fillets?

Have bought 3 smoked cod fillets and i've never cooked them before. I'm doing slimming world so want a healthy way to cook them. Can I do them in the microwave if so how?

dont know if its healthy but i always poach them usually in milk, otehrwise in stock

How long for and how? I have never cooked fish before

ooh i dont ususally time it, say give it 5 mins and pop it out onot a plate and see if it is an even colour thru to the middle, really doesnt take long though, the other thing you could do with them is stir it flaked thru rice with some cumin cream and eggs for kedgeree but i am pretty sure that is not healthy

wrap in tin foil with some parsley, tomato slices and onion slices. Put in oven for about 15 mins I think, at ooh quite hot i would say (sorry I never check ) All free on SW and this fish cook in its own juice
