rantinghousewife Thu 08-Nov-07 11:35:49

See I would love to try Lyons tea, evokes images of 1940s tea houses <<develops a wistful look in eye>>

HairyIrene Thu 08-Nov-07 14:11:44

Clipper organic normal tea
Clearspring organic Japanese green tea (my favourite)
Celestial Seasonings Sleepytime
Twinings Lady Grey
Dragonfly Organic Swirling Mist White Tea (my second favourite)
Cotswold Health Mate tea (loose)
Waitrose organic green tea with Jasmine
Waitrose peppermint tea (for when I don't have any fresh mint)
St James green tea with honeybush infusion
St James green tea with nana mint
Clipper china green tea (loose)
Clipper white tea with mint
Clearspring organic bancha (roasted green tea)
Clipper ayurvedic detox

I should probably have a bit of a clear out. grin I'm generally not keen on Clipper but I sometimes end up buying them when I can't get the one I really want.

hunkermunker Thu 08-Nov-07 14:21:30

Tetley.

TheMaskedPoster Thu 08-Nov-07 14:22:14

<<faints at CM having PG Tips>>

grin

MrsBadger Thu 08-Nov-07 14:22:43

PG Tips (DH& I are Tea Plebs)

but also camomile, peppermint and some dusty old orange-and-ginger ones

PIL always make a pot with three Clipper and one Earl Grey and it is rank.

MaryAnnSingleton Thu 08-Nov-07 14:23:51

Sainsbury's green tea
Swirling Mist white tea
English breakfast tea
camomile
Earl Grey
and a tub of weird fruit tea stuff from Whittards

ChippyMinton Thu 08-Nov-07 14:25:10

Tiempe, if you come round for tea you can bring your own, i won't mind in the least wink

OrmIrian Thu 08-Nov-07 14:25:28

fairtrade, earl grey, 'sleep' tea that mum gave me that looks and tastes a bit like a posh compost heap, aged camomile tea bags that no-one really likes, green tea with jasmine.

happystory Thu 08-Nov-07 14:25:41

My parents had been coming here for years before they actually said 'we can't wait to get home for a decent cup of tea'! grin

ChippyMinton Thu 08-Nov-07 14:26:24

Ooh, MrsB drinks PG and she is famous for her good taste, so ...ner..

Marina Thu 08-Nov-07 14:26:28

Mine are like this Hairy, they bring a reproachful little tupperware of Yorkshire Tea (blech, it doesn't go with London water) when they visit

We have

Clipper Organic Fairtrade tea
Rooibos 11 o'clock tea
Verveine-menthe from France
Twinings Peppermint Tea
A box of organic Darjeeling, can't remember what brand off-hand

seb1 Thu 08-Nov-07 14:26:48

Scottish Blend

EmsMum Thu 08-Nov-07 14:27:03

Just buy a very trad looking caddy and fill it with your normal fairtrade. Tell her its PG or Tetleys - whichever she doesn't usually get so she doesnt realise its the wrong shape.

I have lots of herbals from when DH was off caffeine, plus decaf & normal... I would buy fairtrade but DH does most of the shopping now and can't resist bargains, so we're currently working through several large boxes of 100% extra free Yorkshire Gold.

expatinscotland Thu 08-Nov-07 14:27:56

tetley.

all the rest are herbal teas because i'm pregnant and can't just mainline tetley all day.

fishie Thu 08-Nov-07 14:30:18
