Best food processor for the money

Hi

I'm a recent convert to vegan cooking and have realised that i need more than my Nutri Ninja and a stick blender to successfully make some of the recipes.

So I'm after a decent food processor - a good sized bowl, maybe with a blender too. Also I like the small spice grinders - I will definitely be able to use those.

However I'm a bit of a cheapskate so don't really want to spend too much - ideally less than £150

Thanks in advance Grin

This thread is quite old now, so some of the suggestions may be out of date, but if you’ve landed here looking for the latest advice and guidance, we’ve recently updated our best food processor page with the models MNers love, including budget-friendly options and ones that double up as a blender. We hope it's helpful.

I have a good kenwood one. It's small enough to go in the counter but not too small for the amount of cooking it do. Will try and find the link for you...

Thank you greenleaf

I might go for a slightly bigger one I think. I have read too many reviews which confuses the heck out of me. Kenwood seems a trusted brand though. I've got by for the 30+ years of being chief cook at home without one but since I've started doing more vegan cooking I need to be able to chop/blend and generally do more cooking from basic ingredients.

Will keep looking for now.
