Lemon curd - what to do with it?

ExitChasedByABear · 20/01/2021 18:48

I made a lot of lemon curd. I’m thinking of making some scones to have with it. Possibly have it with crêpes tomorrow...what else can I do with lemon curd? Looking for foolproof ideas.

TIA

I just used it like jam. On bread (sandwiches), in cakes or puddings.

Use it in place of butter to make bread and butter pudding. Mega bonus points if the bread is panettone.

Lemon curd frozen yoghurt would be great too.
I made a baked cheese cake with it the other day.

Spread on buttered stale bread to use in bread & butter pudding.

Serve with creamy rice pudding.

Swirl into readymade custard for a quick fruit fool.

Swirl into whisked cream and spoon over broken meringues for a lemon Eton mess, add a few strawberries or raspberries if liked.

Fill a Swiss roll.
