Christmas biscuit recipes please!

I want to bake something Christmassy, but not sure what.

I have ground almonds, flour, eggs, caster sugar, cinnamon, mixed spice, butter, icing sugar.

I used to live in Germany and loved their Weihnachtskekse. Especially Spekulatius (sp?) But don't have the special roller dir them.

Anyone recommend a good recipe for something delicious and Christmassy?
