(5 Posts)I've ordered some from the butcher with the other Christmas meat (it came as part of a deal).
Is it already seasoned, like sausages, or do I need to season it before making sausage rolls?
It’ll be already seasoned like sausages. I do add finely chopped onion and sage to mine though before making sausage rolls just because that’s how I like them.
It usually unseasoned but will say on the pack.
I would still season it even if seasoned. Add bramley apple, onion and sage to make it extra special.
Ask the butcher ?
