Start using Mumsnet PremiumJust a guess, but were the toms part of the same batch? It could be they were therefore much riper.
I made a really nice Mediterranean bake the other day and it was lovely. I made it again, but this time the tomatoes completely dissolved into liquid and the bottom of the bake. I don't know what I did different this time for that to happen! Any ideas?
