Can anyone give me any new ideas for meal planning?

We stick to the same things each week

This week we have had, spaghetti carbonara, pasta bake, roast, pizza, garlic chicken.

We don't eat massively healthy as you can see, so trying to eat more healthy.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thank you!

What about trying something from different cuisines

Indian - so curry/dahl/biriyani/samosas
Thai - pad Thai/Thai curries
Chinese - stir fried dishes
Mexican - chilli/fajitas/buritto/quesadilla

Maybe try some vegetarian meals - spinach and ricotta canelloni, spanakopita is amazingly easy to make, any number of curries

I've started a list on my computer of ideas - made up from things we've cooked or ideas I've seen in magazines or on here or whatever and then when I get a bit bored I go and take a look and pick a few options.

Last week I picked up fish cakes and we had those with piles of carrots, broccoli and sweetcorn which we hadn't had in ages, so that was nice. This week we are going to try a warm butternut salad which I haven't made in years.

Other things on our list for this week include
fajitas (we're just having onion and peppers, no meat),
roasted tomatoes with mozzarella and avocado on spaghetti,
spaghetti bolognaise
roast chicken with pea risotto.
Lamb chops with vegetables
