Savoury uses for tons of egg whites?

I have lots of egg whites to use up (10!) and need some savoury ideas that aren’t soufflés.

I have a total mind-blank!

Refilled baked potatoes: Beat the egg white and add to the potato middle and lovely cheese with whatever additions you like (onion, chopped bacon etc) . WHen it goes back in the oven it rises a little and is deliciously light.
You don't need the yolks for egg fried rice or Chinese egg drop soup.

I cannot remember where I saw the recipe, online somewhere, but you can make a savoury equivalent of sweet meringues with parmesan, to serve as canapés. I keep meaning to try it, but forgetting to buy parmesan.
