Bit dry on the outside, firm inside I’d say.
I make up batches, freeze and Chuck in the halogen oven.
Erm similar to falafel but a bit crisper on the outside if that makes sense?
I always add things to Paxo to make it a bit more interesting. I always add sauted onions and sometimes I have added creamy mash to it. If I am roasting a chicken I add the juices as well.
Sausage meat always
Apple sauce is nice too Anordinary.
