Pork fillet - pulled pork

What's the best way to make a pulled pork consistency from 2 long fillets? Will this take hours to cook? Have I left it too late?

I also have cola that I never drink - should I bunk it into the roasting oveen?

Help!

Way too late if you're expecting it for tonight, you need at least four hours preferably longer.

Fillets? I don't even know if it'll pull, tbh - terrible waste anyway, pulled pork is cheap shoulder.

I'd suggest a quick colour up in the frying pan then in the oven for 20 minutes at 160, then slice.

That's a good idea.
I'll do that.

Don't waste fillet on pulled pork - there isn't enough fat in the cut, Make this, it's lush: www.telegraph.co.uk/recipes/0/pork-loin-with-pumpkin-pure-and-pecorino/

You don't need to refrigerate overnight (though it's lovely if you do) - just rub all over with the spice and then roast.
