Filling the freezer for autumn / winter ideas please

It's going to be a busy few weeks for me, so I am planning to fill the freezer with dishes I have prepared, as well as quick and healthy items.

I find lentil bolognese freezes well and I can blast it in the microwave while I cook the pasta.

I also buy frozen mashed potato and spinach.

Any other ideas? 4 adults, mostly vegetarian.

Mixed bean cassoulet with Linda McCartney chorizo style sausages

Sauté onion, celery, carrot, garlic, add chopped tomatoes, any red wine lurking around a bit vinegary, herbes de Provence can of mixed beans per 4 people serving. Cook for 30 mins. Freezes well or keeps 4 days in fridge. Add fresh parsley when reheating. Add sausages if desired and serve with crusty bread

A poster a while go mentioned she freezes bits separately like chopped veg, tomato sauce, cooked lentils etc and then assembled them together into whatever meals she fancies. I thought that was quite nice.

Lentil/veggie mince cottage pie
Lentil/veggie ragu/chilli - then just cook pasta, rice or jacket potatoes and serve
Chickpea curry
Macaroni cheese

I find having bags of frozen stewing veg, fajita veg mix and pitta brea are really helpful- as are those microwave rice pouches

In the winter I freeze batches of pasties to reheat as a filling hot lunch www.waitrose.com/home/recipes/recipe_directory/c/curried-leek-andpotatopasties.html

Bean chilli. Serve with cous cous for a really quick meal at the boil of a kettle.

Also freeze a tomatoey ragu. Reheat and drop in frozen white fish and capers or olives from a jar for a Mediterranean fish stew.

Thank you everyone. I'm aiming for 2 weeks for obvious reasons. However would like to only shop once a month, now that delivery slots are again in short supply.

@Fivemoreminutes1 that crumble sounds nice. Will cook it tonight and see how it received. Does the butternut freeze okay? I tried frozen butternut once and it was awful.

I like the idea of tomato sauce as it is so versatile, and I have various home grown veggies that need using up.

Yes, the butternut freezes fine. I used the freezing guidelines on this recipe, www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/butter-bean-squash-crumble (I stopped making this one because it was more of a faff and it serves 6 which is too much for us)

If always find I have some butternut leftover, which I use in this realfood.tesco.com/recipes/carrot-and-chickpea-stew.html

I freeze separate elements too.
Like crumble topping, carrot/ onion / celery base. Plus little packs of leftover ingredients before they go off on the fridge , like a few chopped mushrooms, kale, half a lemon sliced. Then they come out and help if we are running low.
