Just had the most amazing toastie. Triple decker, ham, melted cheese and chilli mayo. On seeded bread.

Anything with cheese, I love it with red onion.

Instead of buttering the outside of the toastie with butter try mayonnaise. Game changer.

The Boxing Day toastie- most anticipated toasted sandwich of the year, turkey, stuffing, ham, roast potatoes, cranberry, gravy and bread sauce. Yy to butter the outside with mayo! I bought an extra deep fill toastie maker to accommodate this delicious beast

I have the breville deep fill with removable plates- it's brilliant and easy to clean. I was concerned the removable plates would mean uneven toastage- but that's not the case!
