What do your DCs eat after school?

Mine will finish at 3pm. Usually, they come home starving, but we have family dinner around 7pm. What do you give your Dcs after they come from school? Don't want to give them sandwiches or wraps, as they get that in their lunch boxes. My Dcs are 10 and 7.

pretzels or a banana. Then an early dinner at 5 to stop any more talk of snacking.

Another one who fed DCs at 5pm until they were at secondary school partly to avoid snacking and partly to ensure they had time to run around a bit after tea before bedtime.

Generally after school snacks were just fruit and / or yogurt. Occasionally veg sticks and hummus.
