I've been loving Masterchef Australia. It's great. But every time I watch one of these shows I always think that what I really want to see is genuine home cooks. Not ones who are hoping to open their own restaurants, just ones who like to feed their family. I've been coming up with categories for weeks for "real life cooking" - what do you guys think and any additions?
- turning a normal family meal for 4 into one that can feed half a rugby team when DS turns up with friends unexpectedly.
- Making bisto taste decent
- Preparing a meal that meets multiple requirements - Meat heavy DH, Vegan teenager, plain-pasta only toddler
- converting ready meals to make them more tasty and/or healthy and/or go further
- cooking a decent meal for 4 for under a fiver
- Hidden veg....
- A sunday roast cook off
- Perfect yorkies
