Have a recipe for a one pot casserole type dish - Spanish Chicken with Rice. Very, very tasty and can be made beforehand then just heated up when needed.

Delia. Do you know what they like? if not the lamb one might be too olivey for some. The curry looks ok but I'm not a fan of chickpeas.
