What's the star of your veggie Sunday lunch please?

We've been eating more veggie meals the last few months but when it comes to Sunday lunch we tend to stock with beef in the slow cooker. This is fine and we do enjoy it but I'd love to find a veggie alternative that we can enjoy instead. Are there any that you would recommend please?
Thanks!

Yorkshire pudding!

I just have loads of different veg, mash, roasties, gravy and lovely yorkies.

If eating out, I tend to go for the Veggie Wellingston or a really nice nut roast.

New to this and there are a few I'm not familiar with. Intrigued by a veggie wellington. I do love a Linda McCartney sausage. That could be nice. I was wondering about the quorn roast but wondered also if the sorts of things the shops have in their Christmas food catalogues as veggies alternatives are about the rest of the year too.

My auntie makes a lovely mushroom Wellington but tbh as a PP said, I just like Yorkshire puddings, roasties and mash, and lots of lovely vegetables- done nicely not just boiled to a mush.

You can find all sorts now in the frozen sections of most supermarkets. Being vegetarian/vegan is trendy now so it means much better choice.

I have this problem - and it’s made worse by the fact I’m coeliac, so veggie pies etc are out.

I’m not keen on fake meat products.

Roasties
Yorkshire’s
Red cabbage
Kale and leek cheesy bake
Stuffing
Roasted carrots
Suede and carrot mash
Broccoli

Slow roasted celariac, I often make 2 because you can leave one to go cold, slice and pan fry and it’s bloody delicious the next day.

Last year I ordered quite a few of the veggie Christmas roasts from M&S and Sainsbury's and froze them. It's a shame they don't do them all year round. The M&S ones in particular were great especially the pecan and cranberry thing.

@TeddyIsaHe have you got instructions for that, as I'd love to try it as a celeriac virgin.
