Mini cold puds for afternoon tea

My adult DD has requested a birthday afternoon tea.
Each time I've had one in a café/restaurant there has been a little pot of something yummy chilled to eat with a small spoon along with the scones and cakes.
I have some little square ramekins 6cm across and 3cm deep which would be perfect but what do I put in them?
Ideally to make the day before as I need to make 10.
Not chocolate or strawberry as I plan other things with these.
Almond flavour is not popular
No allergies.
Thanks so much!

Can you share your lemon posset recipes please?
All others sound lovely but this sounds a favourite, don't think I've ever had it.
Thanks again

Nigella Lawson does a nice tiramisu recipe using Baileys. Or you could do mini banoffee puddings.

Lemon posset is lovely and light. If you want something super rich instead, maybe chocolate mousse?
