I'm just so bored of cooking at the moment.

DH and I share cooking. Tonight is my night and I have taken a chicken breast out of the fridge as we had lamb yesterday and beef the day before.

We love Indian, Chinese, Thai, Mexican... happy to do chicken with chips, salad, rice, noodles or a taco. DH isn't keen on pasta.

Any ideas I might not have tried I.e done fajitas, chicken curry, chicken chow mean, chicken fried rice etc.

Butterfly the chicken and stuff with basil, mozzarella and Parma ham then bake or wrap in the parma ham instead of stuff it.

Or just oven bake, top with mozzarella and serve with bbq sauce.

Tray bake with chorizo, red onion, garlic, new potatoes and peppers.

Oven baked peri peri chicken with crushed spicy peas (like Nando's macho peas)

Penang curry

Chicken bacon & leek or chicken and mushroom pie

Top the chicken breasts with pesto, mozzarella and cherry tomatoes and roast for half an hour in hot over. Nice with sauté potatoes or just a good bread.

I often forget about the good ol' tray bake

I didn't look at this before I started cooking so I made chinese takeaway style salt and pepper chicken and egg fried rice. Probably not super easy doing both dishes but I was motivated as I fancied a takeaway!

I will try all of those though as I am lacking on motivation to cook. If I think of something I want or something new to try then I will do it but otherwise I just feel a bit uninspired.

I take a chicken breast out "for later" and then dinner time comes and I can't think what to do about it!
