popeye pasta, think it's annabel karmel....anyone?

Friend was describing it the other day and was wondering if anyone had a recipe.

100g spinach frozen or 225g fresh
15g butter
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons cream cheese
40g gruyere (although i use chedder) grated

(for this amount you will need about 50g pasta so just multiply the ingredients accordingly)

Cook the spinach, squeeze out the water. Melt the butter, saute cooked spinach, mix in the cheese and the milk. Either serve it is it is or whizz it up to form a very green, cheesy sauce (which is how AK intended it).
