My DH bought a tin of crushed yellow bean sauce, thinking it was like a ready made stir fry sauce. I've attached a picture of it. I'd like to try and use it but struggling to work out exactly how to use it.
I have lots of veggies to use up (ones that you could stir fry), and some tofu and noodles. I also have the usual soy sauce, fish sauce etc in the cupboard.
Does anyone know how I'd use the yellow bean sauce?
