Left over mash and beans

Hi

Give me some ideas please! I have a small bowl of mash and the same of baked beans left over. We eat everything and no allergies and I hate waste. DH would eat as is but I wondered if I could stretch it into another meal for both of us.

I would fry up the mash with some cheese and maybe curry paste and serve with beans on the side and poached eggs on top of the cheesy mash

I’d go for a kind of cottage pie or cow boy pie kind of thing, Add chopped veg and any thing like sausages/ veggie sausages then top with mash and bake

Thanks all. Think I'm going to make into cakes with some corned beef and cheese and then to make extra nice a poached duck egg on top
