Hi Lara!

I've used them for some time. I used to have an aromatherapy practice & found they were consistantly good quality & a good price. Should be pure enough for cooking too but probably only very little at first till you gauge the strength taste wise, essential oils can be very bitter despite a sweet smell I'd hate you to ruin your cooking!

Not saying they are lara but have a go- if you decide they aren't then you have some nice oils for sniffing!!(peppermint is great for chesty coughs in an inhalation & orange is very cleansing & zingy in a bath, kids love it too!)
