What to do with seed butters?

I just received an online healthfood order that contained two jars each of sunflower seed butter and pumpkin seed butter that I didn’t order. Can’t really send them back right now but I’ve no idea what to do with them. I can’t use them as a replacement for tahini as I already have a huge jar in the fridge. Also not sure anyone in the family would eat them spread on toast and I don’t eat bread. Any ideas?

Use them to coat chicken or fish fillets then roll in breadcrumbs or crushed cornflakes and bake
Stir through yoghurt with some fruit
Thin it down with a little oil, milk or water and use as a dressing for salad, in place of mayo in coleslaw or potato salad or as a pasta sauce

You can use sunflower seed butter to replace nut butters in cooking to make things nut free.

Banana flapjacks

3-4 mashed bananas, depending on size
100g seed butter
200g oats
2tbsps Honey/syrup to taste if you like them sweet
Dried fruit/choc chips etc if you fancy.

Melt bananas, honey and nut butters in a pan and mix. Stir through oats and any additions.

Turn into a greased oven dish and bake of 30-40 mins at 140C.

Cut when cool. Or cooler at least.

You can make chocolate ones by adding 2-3 tbsps cocoa, helps to add an extra banana if you do that or they can be a bit dry.

We use them mixed into cereal, oatmeal etc. Added to baking. Spread on crackers, corn cakes etc (mix with peanut butter if the taste is too strong). Try to use them if you can, they're super healthy.

Chuck them into a curry sauce for chicken - onion, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, other spices - add cooked sweet potato/carrot, spring onion greens, cooked potato, a big handful of spinach or leftover salad leaves and it'll be delicious.
