Won't be the same (different muscle) but cook well lots of sauce/seasoning it'll still be nice and tasty. I've always took recipes as a guide and just use what's available.

Should I just cook it as if it were a shoulder joint then? I was planning on putting it in the slow cooker all day with a bbq rub.
