My DD is really hoping for a chocolate Easter egg this Easter. We live in India and since the country has been locked down, I won't be able to go out and get hold of one.
I have baking chocolate and various other baking ingredients and equipment, but no mould. Is there any way I can create an egg? It doesn't have to be large, even the size of a regular egg would be fine. She'd be fine with it being either hollow or solid chocolate. I do have a few real eggs left. Is there any way I could use one as a mould? Wash one well and coat half of it at a time in melted chocolate and slide it off?
Any suggestions would be appreciated. I would love to be able to do this for her if possible.
