Apple crumble

I know I should remember how to do it, but I don't. Namely, the ratio of butter/flour/sugar, and whether or not the apples should be cooked first.

It's sooooooo basic I can't find it in any of my books! TIA

Delia always knows. If you don't fancy it - leave out the almonds. I always use 3oz demorara and 1oz of dark brown sugar so it goes like toffee!
