I got it from the butchers - so don't have a sell by date on it. Realised we are out tonight and tomorrow for dinner - so Sunday will be the first day we can eat it.
Have made the tomato sauce today - shall I cook everything and leave it till Sunday or freeze it all and defrost/cook when needed?
If it looks nice and red then you can probably leave it till sunday to cook it.
If it looks like its starting to turn (going a bit brown) then cook it now and reheat it on sunday.
I wouldnt bother freezing it for such a short time myself
