If you love capers.....

This is a favourite recipe, so easy and tasty - greater than the sum of its parts. I add fresh parsley.

I'm sure it's lovely but I could not be arsed to wade through all the waffle to get to the actual recipe.
Also there weren't enough capers in the first pic. <eats another spoonful from the jar> grin

I do love capers. When it says chicken broth, does it mean chicken stock? Or actual chicken soup?

Yes, chicken stock is what they mean, I think perhaps it might be an American recipe?
Sounds good, and cheap & quick too, a good store cupboard stand by recipe!

I make fishcakes with cod, sweet potatoes, capers, lemon juice, parsley and chives. The capers really add to the flavour.

I love capers, and caperberries, happily eat both from the jar.
