Desserts!

I've never been a great pudding person.
My kids are very keen on pudding, and I'm totally uninspired. I cycle between yoghurt, crumble, ice cream, bought cheesecake.
I don't bake a lot either.

Any brilliant- easy, quick - recipes or ideas for puddings? I can't give them ice cream every day...
