Busy weekend and eaten loads.
Need to meal plan to get in control as I've got a bust week ahead too.

I’m doing garlic, lemon &herb chicken escalopes in pitas with apple coleslaw and salad.
Tuesday vegetable and bean chilli with rice or tacos
Weds pasta with arabiata sauce
Thurs tuna steaks with green beans, broccoli and sweet potato wedges
Friday pizza (homemade if the week goes ok, shop bought if it doesn’t and I can’t be bothered!)
Saturday CAuliflower, chickpea and red pepper curry with sides.
Sunday Roast gammon with all the trimmings.

Usually pasta on a Monday night. Sausage pasta Monday coming.

We had this only instead of the turkey, cooked chicken from our Sunday roast. Very tasty and quick, about 25 minutes onto the table.
