Why not mix butter with olive oil and put it in a tub in the fridge this way you have a lower fat spreadable butter/olive spread with no nasties?

Certainly no trans-fat (prob E-nos for colouring etc tho...)

Pure are the dairy free spreads. They do a soya one, a sunflower one and an organic one I think.

Have seen the Pure spreads in supermarkets, sugar. Not sure what they have got in them but they seem to have the same consistency of normal margarines.
