I know it's not the worst that she only eats the veg from her dinners but wondered how other parents get there little ones to try new things..
She currently eats-
Veg eg sweetcorn peas broccoli carrots
Cereals
Baked beans
Chips but leaves them most the time
She's happy to try new junk food snack eg chocolate crisps etc though but anything substantial she says yuck and won't even give it a go..

Except at nursery she eats everything Hmm

What are your tricks?!

My almost 2yo is such a fussy eater. Only likes potato products. In a particular form!
But slowly I’ve tried puff pastry pinwheels and so with a bit of cheese, tomato and spinach can get some into him!

Thanks @Rkay2 .. how did you get him to initially try the new pinwheels?! It's the trying that I'm struggling with

He tried it at a friends house with her toddler and then I tried it at home! He eats better around other kids but being the only child at home is difficult. He also eats better at nursery! Apparently!

But still his diet is very limited.
He will eat apples, bananas, oranges and grapes
Cheese crackers
He will have yoghurt occasionally
He will have jelly occasionally
He really likes ice cream now!
Puff pinwheeels
He likes the innocent smoothies orange one
I gave him a fish finger and pea fritter. He was hungry so had the fish finger (I know he will eat this)
He didn’t want the pea fritter so I gave his alphabites which were cooking anyway!
Lots of people say don’t give something else try the same an hour later. But I just give what I know he will eat and always with something new on the plate.
Randomly last week he ate a piece of cheese!
So it’s very hard working thinking up new foods and keeping on giving him the same.
Some days he eats bread some days not.
He likes cakes so I make carrot muffins and banana muffins

I think the current research suggests putting very small amounts of a plate (like half a teaspoon) and just asking them to have a taste. I think not at meal times so they don’t associate meal times as a battle. Apparently you like what you’ve tasted regularly. There’s a great book called First Bite that talks about how to develop tastes and overcome picky eating.

does she recognise the first letter of her name yet? I had some success introducing new foods by making them be in the shape of DCs name.

(went from weaning normally and eating all sorts of things to suddenly eating nothing but peas, sweetcorn, plain pasta and bread)

also had some success with sticker reward charts for tasting something new. a thing needs to be tasted 10 times before it stops being new.

when I say 'success' that doesn't mean stopping the fussiness. years later and the list of accepted foods is still very very short.
