Please help me "resolve" a slight dispute in our house - roughage/dietry fibre.....

what foods would you say were high in it???

It's not really a major dispute - infact we haven't actually got even slightly heated over it, but DH and I seem to have slightly differing views as to what could be described as it.........

fruit and veg - things with skins that you eat,all the bits that come through after digestion

I think baked beans were stars of the F Plan diet which was all about fibre
