I'd check for done-ness after 20-30min if making muffins from the mix though.

Haven't made that particular one but I cavalierly swap between muffins, loaves and round tins for these kind of cakes and they are v forgiving, unlike sponges etc.

Cub is lovely, although I have just dropped chilli down her clean babygrow whilst trying to feed, MN and eat lunch at the same time...

haven't got any cinnamon or nutmeg

I do, however, ha vemixed spice...wonder if I should substitute (wimp)
