What food can I prep tomorrow night? Don’t want to cook and then reheat, or have to freeze anything. So really just what can I prep and keep refrigerated?
Thanks Grin

Everything!

Parboil potatoes now, leave to cool and stick uncovered in the fridge. The skin they form means they crisp up insanely well when cooked. 100x better than fresh boiled!

Peel/chop veg and into water.

Make up bread sauce, dot with butter and put into serving dish. Just microwave and stir tomorrow.

Make Yorkshire pudding batter (better when it’s been rested)

Make stuffing.

Put everything that needs to be roasted onto trays (parsnips, pigs in blankets) and their seasoning etc.

Prep the turkey however you do it and get onto tray and cover in foil.

I going to make my soup tomorrow. If only I could find my huge tin of cheese crackers that I bought a couple of weeks ago. It cost nearly £8 and has disappeared!

I’m going to peel my carrots, parsnips and potatoes. Will just leave in a bowl of cold water overnight.

Cranberry sauce - Nigella's recipe. Keeps in the fridge for a week or freeze half for next year.
