Do you stick to the same old cheeses each year or do you try new ones out?
Tell me the ones you love the most.

Cornish Cruncher. We only get it at Christmas because it’s twice the price of the other cheese.

Membranillo is most important, it makes everything wonderful. St felicien is a bit wonderful though!

We always stick to a hard cheese a soft cheese and a blue cheese. Cheddar, brie and stilton usually.

This was also the best thing EVER but they don't seem to do it this year, Boxing Day cheeseboard will never be the same again!

If anyone manages to find this please let me know.

We have way too many because ewe all like different things! I think I've counted 12 cheeses...

Bought our cheese today. We have a Bath blue, Somerset brie, extra mature cheddar, a smoked cheese, a hard goats cheese. Don't usually do cheese with bits in, but we do have a green thunder, which has garlic and chive I think.

And I made Christmas chutney, which has apple and cranberry and lots of spices

Chaorce for super creamy delectable goodness.
Brie de meaux for stinky gooeyness.
Appleby’s Red Cheshire for tangy, salty, crumbly yum.
Rosary Ash for goat cheese
Pecorino for sheep/salt/hard
Gorgonzola dolce/piccante depending on how strong you like it.
Stilton! Christmas essential.
A flavoured cheese if you absolutely must.

The best crackers you can find
Quince or guava paste
Truffled honey
Frozen grapes
Celery that has had the outside peeled so there’s no grim strings.

Normally would go for blue, rinded, goat, smoked, random and plain for a general cheeseboard. If post dinner party, prefer 3 large pieces ratger than lots of smaller bits. Plus variety of crackers (my preferred is water biscuits) with some fruit, a chutney and some membrillo.
Was recently given a Bleu D'affinois which was fabulous - @AnnelovesGilbert like a softer camozola. It was from waitrose.
