Hi all,
Making the below recipe for Christmas Day dessert.
Can I make the sponge bit and freeze it, take it out and ice, fill and stick back in fridge on Christmas Eve?
I normally wouldn’t hesitate but the recipe says it can only be made up to a day in advance, so I’m not sure.
