What can I buy to go with veg for lunch??

I've cooked lots of veg tonight and gonna take it into work tomorrow
But what can I buy from supermarket to go with it that can be cooked in microwave
Don't fancy cold meat & warm veg

I'm low carb too

Any suggestions would be great thanks

You can get packs of cooked chicken and microwave those, or cooked warm chicken from the counter if available.

It's possible to scramble eggs in the microwave.

Cooked sausages?

I eat a lot of carbs so can't help you there. Sorry.
