Meals for a toddler and baby?

My youngest has just started weaning but purées don't seem to be a hit so far! I think we'll be switching to finger foods very quickly and family meals. I really CBA to cook separate meals for the baby all the time.

What are some meals I can make for a fussy 2.5 year old (possible ASD) and a young baby? DS won't touch vegetables or meat (unless a ragu type meal) but I can work around him.

I've got the usual spaghetti Bolognese etc but at a loss for inspiration. Because DS is fussy, I just make stuff like spicy curry for me and DP these days but serve it with something my son will eat such as chips of naan, so I obviously need to adapt it all now to include the baby. Thanks.

I have a 3.5 year old and 11month old and Meals that work well for both are

  • Cheesy rice - cooked rice, onions, peppers, peas and sweetcorn mixed with tinned tomatoes and Grated cheese melted in
  • risotto, chicken and sweetcorn a favourite here but mixed veg and mushroom also go down well too
  • fish pie
