Christmas charity fair

Hey everyone were having a Christmas fair for the children of our local community free gift from santa free games ect as were trying to get our area more children friendly under upgraded so my point is theres a TableTop sale thing never been to one before so I'm selling fashion jewelry bought from GENUINE auction WEBSITES cheap and a cupcake and homemade Tablet + Fudge but not sure off prices to put on the sweets and how many small squares in each bag for the price the squares are around 1 inch by 1 inch
I'd really appreciate any points off view please

Is the aim to raise money for charity or for the community just to have fun? Are the prizes and sweets donated or bought?

The money raised is for the community that us Tennants are raising to get play area's built swings shoot football park or bmx park out the back yards off the buildings
The sweets are all home made as well as the cakes as I love baking
We've managed to raise a fair bit and this fair is to raise separate money for when the work is complete so we can have a fun FREE open day for them just after xmas

Sorry and the prizes were bought with money raised selling football cards and the old pontoon ( 21 ) scratch cards we raise £200 so they bought small gifts for the parents as kids are getting from santa
Like most communities it's pretty low on the job front and unemployment
So if we can help the families out a little then I'd be happy seeing a smile
