I FORGOT the effing YEAST!!

can i make thin crust?? will it still taste ok?

Oh and for you! I guess you could try breaking a bit of dough off and cooking it to see what happens?

Take it out, add the yeast and a tbs of boiling water and stick it somewhere hot, do you have an airing cupboard it'll rise in about 15 mins

I suppose it will come out as a sort of flatbread, like a chapati or a tortilla or something.
I'd give it a go - might be fine.
